Chilli parmesan avocado toast

Avocado toast is a simple, nutritious and delicious breakfast. There are a lot of possible spice/add-ins combinations and I'm planning to explore them. For now I'm sticking to this simple recipe. Smashed avocado, to which I add a bit of olive oil, is put on toasted bread and topped with parmesan and chilli flakes. Pairs great with a cup of coffee.
Fun fact : avocado toast is very popular in the "healthy food scene". In Paris every healthy resto offers it as a breakfast/brunch option. But they charge it 10 euros :D
Tips : my modifications to the recipe are that I use normal parmesan instead of vegan and I add some olive oil to the avocado as I mentioned. Also if you don't have an oven or a toaster, you can toast the bread on a pan with a bit of olive oil.
