Peanut blueberry smoothie

How about a nice big cup of delicious liquid health?
This cold, naturally sweetened smoothie is just that. Peanut butter adds protein and healthy fats, dates and bananas add some natural sweetness, blueberries add antioxidants and color (very important when it comes to smoothies; writing this, I notice this one matches the beautiful color of my navigation bar #colorOCD), and almond milk some extra creaminess. Oh yes and flax seed are probably the best source of omega 3s...
As French would say, santé! (literall meaning: health)

frozen banana, frozen blueberries, almond milk, dates, peanut butter, flax seed meal
