Sweet potato fries + fried chicken

Sweet potato fries go great with a burger or some other meaty comfort food. They're more nutritious than the regular fries. I prepare them in the oven, following this recipe. They're sparkled with a lot of spices which adds to the healthy factor. I usually pair them with a simple greek yogurt dip and fried chicken breasts (I recommend "poulet fermier" or bio if you're rich).

sweet potatoes, olive oil, pepper, salt, cayenne pepper, oregano, thyme, greek yogurt, mayonnaise, sriracha, chicken breasts, egg, breadcrumbs ("chapelure" in French), sunflower oil

It takes around 30 min to prepare this meal because of the "mutli-threaded cooking" approach. First, turn on the oven on 200 degrees. Wash and cut the sweet potatoes in "fries" (no need to peel them if they're organic). Cover a baking tray with a baking sheet, put the fries on that and pour some olive oil on that. Add the spices and the salt and mix with your hands so that the fries are well coated. Then spread them evenly on the sheet so that no fry is covered by another. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes. In the meantime, whisk an egg in a plate and in the other plate put the breadcrumbs. Cut the chicken breasts in filets and sprinkle them with salt and pepper. One by one, dip them in the egg and then in the breadcrumbs so that they're coated. Put some sunflower oil in a non-stick pan on medium heat and when it's hot, add the chicken filets. Bake on each side 8-ish minutes. In the meantime, prepare the dip: mix 4 spoons of greek yogurt with 2 spoons of mayonnaise and a few drops of sriracha.
